What you need to know to ensure that your correspondence reaches its destination with our postal service:

1 - Please drop your postal correspondence in the Post International mailboxes where you bought our "stamps".

2 - Your postcards will be collected by our collaborators in order to route it to its final destination.

3 - If you accidentally drop your correspondence in a Correos mailbox, no problem. There is a bilateral agreement between VIA POSTAL S.L. and Correos to ensure that it will reach its destination.

4 - Please do not forget to fill in your Name, Address, Postal Code, City and Country in easily legible handwriting and we will make sure that it will reach its destination quickly.
